The History of Kinnoull Hill

Kinnoull Hill has a long history having been formed some 400 Million years ago but the only evidence of human activity dates from merely 4000 years ago in the Bronze Age. Since then the Hill, or more correctly Hills, have been a centre of human activity until the present day. It has seen many changes and little of the original forest has survived. Today it is a woodland park for all to use.
